Common Questions

The minimum deposit to secure a layby is 25% of your purchase total, plus a $5.00 non-refundable service fee (unless you're a BBfamily member, in which case you enjoy fee-free layby). For more information including fees, payment schedules and cancellations, please see layby details. 

 

Your $10 welcome reward is applied to your account within 24 hours after joining. This reward can be redeemed in any Baby Bunting store, or on our website (you need to log in first). You will only receive 1 x $10 welcome reward per member lifetime.

 

If your welcome reward is not visit visible within 24 hours after you have logged into your online account, please call, live chat or email us for assistance. 

 

New Appointment

To book a car seat installation or turnaround appointment, you can select a time slot online or in person by visiting the store you wish to get your seat installed at. Note, this service is not available at a Baby Bunting Junior store.

Existing Appointment

To edit or cancel an existing booking, simply find your email confirming your appointment and select to manage your booking from there.

If the change is within 24 hours of the appointment time, please call the store your booking is with or, contact us during opening hours.

You can arrange a price beat in person at your local store, or for online orders, you can request a price beat by completing a form. Terms and conditions apply.

Alternatively, you can find your tracking link in your email order confirmation or, in your account order history.

If the delivery timeframe has surpassed the expected business days or the item is lost in transit, please connect with us over phone, live chat or email.

If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item in your online delivery, please submit an enquiry with us so we can fix the mistake right away.


Submit Enquiry

You can download a tax invoice from your account order history. Note, store transactions are currently not displayed.

Please email us if you checked out as a guest online or purchased an item in-store as a BBfamily member and require an invoice or receipt.

Standard delivery cost and times vary based on your location and other circumstances. 

 

Metro: $9.95 - delivery within 2-4 business days*

Regional: $14.95 - delivery within 3-5 business days*

Remote: $24.95 - delivery within 5-10 business days*

 

*Indicative only - costs and delivery times exclude big and heavy items (such as cots, drawers, and nursing chairs) and products sold by marketplace sellers.

Returns

We offer an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase* or an exchange or store credit after 30 days of purchase*. For members of BBfamily, it's extended to 60 days.

  • If you purchased in-store or, received the item in a gift registry and prefer to return online, please submit a return request form

Gift Cards

You can use your store or digital gift card for full or partial payment during checkout*. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Step 3: Payment during the checkout process.
  2. Click + Redeem a Gift Card at the top of the Payment Options section.
  3. Enter your Gift Card number (you’ll find this on the back of the card or in your email if sent a Digital Gift Card).
  4. Click Apply.
  5. If you're not using the full amount, you can also check your remaining balance while you're there.

*Note: Gift Cards can’t be used on items sold by marketplace sellers. If your cart includes both marketplace and Baby Bunting items, please place separate orders to be able to redeem your gift card.

Online:

  1. To swap your card to use on the Baby Bunting website, please visit the TCN website and follow the prompts.
  2. If you have any issues converting the card, please call the TCN team 1300 375 346

In-store:

  1. Simply present your gift card at the front counter
  2. Swipe at the EFTPOS terminal and select 'Savings'
  3. Enter the four-digit pin on the back of the card and you're done

If you're not using the full amount, you can check your remaining balance in the payment step of our online checkout.
