For items sold by Baby Bunting, there is a flat delivery fee based on your delivery address.

Metro: $9.95 - delivery within 2-4 business days* 

Regional: $14.95 - delivery within 3-5 business days* 

Remote: $24.95 - delivery within 5-10 business days* 

In some cases, your order may arrive to you in two or three deliveries, generally occurring with clearance items or in promotional periods.

We offer free standard delivery on online orders over $199 to selected areas on items sold by Baby Bunting.

Terms: Free delivery is applied after any eligible discounts at cart. Terms: Certain regional, rural, or remote locations may have delivery exclusions or service restrictions.  We recommend having a friend or helper available to assist with your item(s), as drivers are not able to enter your premises. Deliveries to apartments or units within strata or gated communities are limited to the ground floor or to the building’s designated entry point, such as the foyer, concierge desk, or reception. Due to building rules and practical limitations, drivers cannot always deliver to the nominated delivery address, and delivery will follow the management policies of the respective building.

A same day delivery option is shown at checkout if the address and all items in your order are eligible.

Same day delivery cost: $14.95 for orders $50 and above. For orders below, it's $19.95.

Order cutoff: before 12pm for delivery by 5pm the same day. If you place an order after the cutoff, you will have an option to select a delivery for the next day by 5pm.

15km delivery area: available if your address is within 15km of a participating Baby Bunting store.

Minimum Spend: $10, after rewards or coupons have been applied (maximum cart value $2000).

Exclusions: items sold by marketplace sellers, ‘online only’ items, gift cards, big and heavy items that cannot fit into a standard vehicle (e.g. a cot) and orders that are over 20 kg or have a combined volume of 2m³.

Authority to Leave (ATL): an ATL is automatically applied to safe drop a package at your doorstep for orders under $250. If your delivery address is a business or the order is $250 and above, ATL does not apply. In this case, you may need to provide a PIN to the driver as the package cannot be left at the front door.

Scheduled delivery options are shown at checkout if the address and all items in your order are eligible. The delivery windows will depend on store opening hours and employee availability. As a result, the delivery options you see at checkout may change from time to time. 

Scheduled delivery cost: $14.95 for orders $50 and above. For orders below, it's $19.95.  

Order cutoff: before 1:45pm to select an available delivery window on the same day. If you place an order after the cutoff, you may have an option to schedule a delivery for the next day.

Click & Collect is a free service. Orders placed online before 1:30pm will be ready for collection at your nominated Baby Bunting store within 3 hours.

We strive to provide you with the earliest possible delivery date for your pre-order, however, stock availability is an estimate only. If we experience any delays relating to a pre-order product, we will update you through the email address you used when placing your pre-order.

General Terms

• Risk and title of Goods pass onto you when Goods have been delivered at the delivery address provided in your order.
• Make sure to verify your delivery address before placing your order, as redirection is not possible once the Goods have been dispatched.
• Baby Bunting aims to dispatch Goods within 24 to 48 business hours, though this may vary. A confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to you once your Goods are on their way.
• Delivery time frames are estimated and may vary, especially for big and heavy items which may take longer to arrive. 
• Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, store or stock outages, unavailable delivery timeslots and employee, courier or driver availability may impact the dispatch and delivery of your Goods.
• During high-demand periods (e.g. Easter, Black Friday/Cyber, Christmas, Boxing Day and other public holidays and key promotion periods), there may be delays in dispatch and delivery.
• Delivery is not available to PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers, farms, or cattle stations.
• Couriers or drivers will not place Goods inside your address. You might need to arrange for someone to help you move items, especially bulky ones. Be aware of any building or community rules that may affect delivery and if there are any restrictions, the courier or driver will be guided by any building management policies in place at the delivery address you have nominated.
• Free delivery is applied at cart after any discounts or promotions and does not apply to goods sold by marketplace sellers, big or heavy items (e.g., cots, nursery chairs, drawers), hire services, same day or scheduled delivery services.
• If your premises are unattended and there is no safe place for delivery, the courier may return the Goods to their depot, a post office, local collection point, or a Baby Bunting store. Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Additional Terms for Same Day and Scheduled Delivery

• Same Day Delivery and Scheduled Delivery only apply to eligible orders for customers located within a 15km radius of a participating Baby Bunting store. 
• For Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm and for Scheduled Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1.45pm. Orders placed after these cut-off times may have the option for delivery the next day.
• There is a minimum spend of $10 (after applying any Baby Bunting Family rewards or coupons) and the maximum deliverable cart value is $2000.
• If your cart value is $50 or above (after rewards or coupons), the delivery cost is $14.95. For a cart value under $50, the cost of Same Day or Scheduled Delivery is $19.95.
• Same Day and Scheduled delivery services exclude ‘online only’ items, big and heavy items that cannot fit into a standard vehicle (e.g. a cot) and orders that are over 20 kg or have a combined volume of 2m³.
• ATL (Authority to Leave) is automatically applied to safe drop Goods at your doorstep for orders under $250 that use a Same Day or Scheduled Delivery Service. If your delivery address is a commercial business or the order is $250 and above, Authority to Leave does not apply. In this case, you may need to provide a PIN (sent to you in an SMS or email) to the driver as the Goods cannot be left at the front door. 
• The Scheduled Delivery windows will depend on store opening hours and employee availability. As a result, the delivery options you see at checkout may change from time to time.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors outside of the delivery driver's control.
